My true passion is and always has been working with people. 

Helping them tap into the best version of themselves in each moment and helping them identify and reach their Secret Zen Garden of calm amidst the chaos. I love to help people co-create experiences that enable them to move through their personal journeys, with a little more ease, a little less stress, and a knowing of peace, kindness, and love. 

After being blessed with the birth of my son, I found myself in an unhealthy relationship with a person I no longer recognized as my husband.  With my son on one arm, not quite 3 years old, and my keys in hand I fled, with nothing else, but trusting that my family and friends would be there to help us. I trusted that God and the Angles would lead me.  You see, that day I saw an Angel.  She was outside the living room window, telling me directly to leave with my son NOW.

That was the beginning of my journey over 20 years ago, when I first began my Reiki training and meditation practice. Utilizing these tools, I was able to first help myself and then others. These modalities led me to finding the calm amidst the chaos, and reconnecting with my intuition to forge a new path.  It also provided me the opportunity to be of service to others, fulfilling my heart’s passion and calling. It was not quick, and it was not easy, but it was worth it.  I am now remarried to one of my best friends from my teenage years and my son is in an adult. I am blessed beyond my dreams.
